regimen this winter will work extremely well for you because it elevates
hemoglobin levels and reduces cholesterol. Figs, walnuts, cashewnuts
and pistachios are beneficial too, as all of them are rich in vitamin E
which gives a glow to the person's overall appearance in winter.
Both sweet potatoes and potatoes are helpful in maintaining good health
during winter. This is an alternative to many other costly winter foods
on the list. They are rich in vitamins and proteins. It's laced with

Unless you are allergic to yogurt, there's no reason to avoid this
nature's gift which is full of probiotics. Probiotics are the friendly
bacterias which are good for your well-being. For some people, yogurt
creates problems in the mucous membrane and that causes irritation. But
the others can take full advantage of this food for a warm winter.
