However, there are some easy ways to shampoo your long hair so that it is of no hassle. These techniques are time consuming but they are the best so far. Therefore to keep those locks in full volume, here are some ways on how to shampoo your hair properly. If you want your hair to stay healthy, you need to trim your hair once every month. It is the first step to having good locks. You have to spend at least 2 minutes of your time massaging the roots. This increases the blood circulation and improves hair growth. Applying hot oil on your hair. The hot oil massage will help to strengthen the roots and get rid of an itchy dry scalp. After you apply the hot oil on your hair, wrap your head with a hot towel. This will make you feel good. Comb your hair after you have removed the hot towel. Comb your hair with a wide tooth comb to avoid knotting. Now dab a little conditioner on the palm of your hands. Apply the conditioner over your hot hair. Make sure the conditioner lays off from your scalp. Rinse your hair with cold water. It is best to rinse your hair with cold water to remove the grease and oil. This is the first tip in shampooing your hair. Apply a little shampoo on your hair. Allow it to soak in your hair for 2 seconds and not more than that. After applying shampoo, wash your hair properly and then re-apply shampoo on your head. After the second shampooing, rinse your hair with lukewarm water. Make sure this rinse removes the shampoo. Dry your hair well with a towel. Note: You need to remove the water from your hair and not allow your scalp to be too wet as this could cause dandruff. One of the perfect ways to shampoo your hair is to make sure that you treat the ends of your hair with a lot of care. The ends dry up much faster than the roots, so make note of this hair shampooing technique. You can use tap water to remove the conditioner from the tips of your hair. Wash the tips of your hair well under running water. Wipe your hair with ease and not in a rough manner. Wiping your hair with ease will avoid your hair from breaking. Wrap your hair back in a dry soft towel. Allow your hair to soak in the towel for at least 8 minutes. This way, all the water will get drained out from your head. These tips must be followed at least once a week. Allowing it to dry naturally is way better than blow drying your hair.
